^wotr^ dominate the Team Fortress 2 Final

^wotr^ have been victorious in the Team Fortress 2 Final beating TLR 5-0.  Read more for a summary of the final…

Team Fortress 2 is always a joy to both watch and play. This final was no exception with some great plays from both teams on cp_granary. ^wotr^ were on form right from the start and took the middle capture point early on. TLR were on the back foot and struggled to hold off the fast paced onslaught from their opposition losing the first round within minutes.

Unfortunately for TLR things didn’t get any better. ^wotr^ pushed forward again taking the central points with ease. Some frantic defence on the final capture point could only hold strong for a few minutes before TLR went 2-0 down with 24 minutes remaining.

This story continued with ^wotr^ dominating the next round. In the 4th round TLR finally managed to hold strong and took the middle point early on. This progress helped them push ^wotr^ back, but only temporarily. After some capture point tennis in the middle of the map, ^wotr^ finally pushed forward and took the final two capture points in quick succession.

TLR finally realised that the game was over for them. The team moved into comedy mode and brought out the spys and pyros (with surprising success). ^wotr^ defeated them one final time to leave the score at 5-0.

Congratulations to ^wotr^ who really dominated the final. We look forward to seeing them back at the events in the future.
