Pick seats as a clan

We have just made a couple of enhancements to our seat picker - namely clan seating.

You can now grant access to other people to pick your seat for you.

If you are in a clan and want your manager to seat your clan together, simply select them on the plan and click “make manager of my booking”. Simply do this again to revoke them as manager.

If you’ve been given access by multiple people you will have a drop-down box, giving you access to switch to the booking you want to manage. It’s as simple as that.

If you’re looking to simply seat yourself in the normal way then first you need to have a valid, paid BYOC ticket for i34. Then you should head over to the seat picker and login to choose your own seat.

The sooner you pay, the sooner you can pick your seat. Whilst we’re not in danger of selling out yet, someone might nab the seat you’d like. If this happens it’s possible to e-mail the person sat in the seat you’d like and request they move. It is first come, first served however so if they don’t want to move, they don’t have to!

Best way to avoid it is to pay now and avoid disappointment!
